At Impakers Creative Hub, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into every gift item, branded product, and packaging solution we create. Because many of our products are customized, handcrafted, or made-to-order, our refund and return guidelines ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth customer experience
1. Eligibility for Returns
Our return window is 3 days from the date of delivery or pickup.
If 3 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item arrived damaged, wrong, or defective.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- It must be in the same condition as delivered.
- It must include original packaging, tags, inserts, or accessories.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our business, some items cannot be returned.
These include:
- Custom-made or personalized gift items
- Branded or engraved products
- Custom packaging or event kits
- Made-to-order souvenirs
- White label products customized for your brand
- Dowry wrapping & traditional gift wrap services
- Digital designs, downloadable files, or artwork proofs
- Gift cards
We also do not accept returns on:
- Perishable add-ons (e.g., snacks, flowers)
- Opened sanitary items
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
3. Partial Refunds or Adjustments
In specific cases, partial refunds may be granted if:
- Items show minor usage not due to our error
- Packaging is missing or damaged
- Items were returned beyond the return window but approved for review
- A product is returned missing components
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will:
- Inspect the item
- Notify you via email or phone
- Approve or reject the refund
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your bank or payment provider (processing delays occur)
- Then email us at support@impakers.com
We will be happy to assist.
6. Sale or Discounted Items
Sale, discounted, promo, or clearance items cannot be refunded.
However, they may be eligible for an exchange if damaged upon delivery.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they:
- Arrive damaged
- Have a production fault
- Are incorrect based on your confirmed order
To request an exchange:
Email support@impakers.com with:
- Order number
- Photo or video evidence
- Description of the issue
Then deliver the item to our head office.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, you may receive a store credit for the value of the return.
If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.
9. Shipping Returns
To return your product, deliver it to:
Impakers Creative Hub Head Office. Ashongman Estate, Accra. Ghana.
Please note:
- Customers cover return delivery costs.
- If a refund is approved, delivery fees will be deducted.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
