Do you offer custom-made gifts or only ready-made items?

Yes, we offer both. Our shop features curated, ready-made gifts, but we also specialize in fully customized gifting, corporate gift sets, souvenirs, and personalized packaging tailored to your brand, event, or occasion.

How long does production take for custom orders?

Production timelines vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. Simple custom gifts: 1–3 days, bulk orders: 5–14 days, Complex orders: 7–21 days. We always confirm timelines before payment and keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We offer secure delivery across Ghana and reliable international shipping through trusted partners. Delivery fees apply based on your location and order size.

Can I request a concept or design before placing an order?

Absolutely. As part of our order fulfilment process, We create a concept preview (Mockup/Mood board) for your custom request after Order confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

✔ Bank transfer
✔ Mobile Money (MTN)
✔ Debit/Credit cards (via our payment gateway)
✔ Cash on Pickup (for walk-in or pick-up orders only)

Do you offer same-day or express service?

Yes! For selected items, we offer: Express production for urgent custom orders based on available express order slots.
Extra fees apply depending on the timeline for production.

Can I order souvenirs or corporate gifts in bulk or Single?

Yes. We specialize in both bulk and single orders for weddings, events, institutions, and corporate gifting. We offer competitive pricing, custom branding, personalized packaging, and delivery support for large quantities.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on custom or made-to-order items.
However, if the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost. For ready-made shop items, exchanges can be made within 24 hours of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
