We offer both. Our shop features curated, ready-made gifts, but we also specialize in fully customized gifting, corporate gift sets, souvenirs, and personalized packaging tailored to your brand, event, or occasion.

Production timelines vary depending on the complexity and quantity of your order.

Can I request a concept or design before placing an order?
Absolutely. We can create a concept preview or mockup for your custom gift or packaging request. For corporate and bulk orders, design previews are free after deposit confirmation.

What is your refund or exchange policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on custom or made-to-order items.
However, if the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.
For ready-made shop items, exchanges can be made within 48 hours of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
